Is there a deadline for booking tickets?
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and as demand for this event is extremely high it is advisable to return your booking form as soon as possible.

What happens after I have returned the booking form?
A confirmation letter and invoice/remittance will be sent to you on receipt of your booking.

How do I pay for tickets?

Where will I be seated?
All seating will be within the Megalithic Room at the Radisson Hotel. Single ticket holders will be seated at the discretion of Insider Events (single ticket holders from the same organisation will be seated at the same table). For those organisations that book more than one table, Insider Events will try to ensure that their tables will be situated together.

What should I wear?
Black Tie/Highland Dress should be worn.

Where should I stay?
Overnight accommodation is NOT included in the ticket price. However, this can be arranged by contacting the hotel reservations desk direct.
